Mustangs of Las Colinas, Irving, Texas
His public commissions include one
of Texas's proudest monuments and one of the largest equestrian
sculptures in the world, the phenomenal Mustangs of Las Colinas.
Seven years in production The Mustangs were unveiled in 1984
and have been a focal point of the greater Dallas / Ft. Worth
area ever since. |

Thomas
Fallon Monument, San Jose, California
In 1990, Robert completed the Thomas
Fallon Monument which depicts Mr. Fallon raising the first American
flag over California. The scuplture is one and a half times
life-size and was commissioned for the City of San Jose, California. |

Thunder
Gulch
In 1997 Robert was commissioned to
sculpt the legendary Thunder Gulch, a racehorse of great distinction
who in 1995 won over 10 races including the Kentucky Derby.

Ben
Carpenter Monument, Irving Texas
Ben Carpenter was a great man who
greatly supported Robert Glen at the beginning of his career.
It was Ben who commissioned the Mustangs of Las Colinas and
it was for Ben's family that this one and a half life-size sculpture
was commissioned after Ben's passing in March of 2006. |
